Cancelling your order

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may cancel an online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item, or from the day you receive the written details of the transaction — whichever is later.

To cancel, send us your order number by email, WhatsApp or phone, or through our contact form. You don’t need to give a reason.

If your order has not been sent yet, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Returning items

• Items should be returned unused, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging.
• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
• Please send returns by a tracked service and keep the receipt until your refund arrives.

Your refund

We refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. As the law allows, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted when you cancel for a reason other than a defect. The original shipping cost is refunded only when the whole order is cancelled before it was sent, or when the return is our fault.

Customers who are entitled by law to a longer cancellation period (for example, where applicable, senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants) keep that right.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items made or engraved especially for you, to your own design or with your name or text.
• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their parts.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Every piece is wrapped and packed carefully, but parcels sometimes travel a long way. If something arrives broken, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, and you won’t pay to return it.

Customers outside Israel

This policy applies to every order wherever you live. If the consumer law of your country gives you more rights, those rights apply as well. Import duties paid to your country’s customs cannot be refunded by us; your local customs office may refund them for returned goods.
